David M. Levine is a Civil Engineer for the Las Vegas Valley Water District. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno and a M.S. in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver. He has years of experience working on local and international projects involving social development and water quality and quantity issues. David is currently the NSPE Southern Nevada Young Engineer of the Year. David traveled to Ghana in June of 2008 and developed the Ghana Orphanage Program which has been adopted by the EWB-LVP chapter. David is also the technical lead for EWB's Nicaragua Water Treatment Program. He is the founding president of the Las Vegas Professional Chapter of Engineers Without Borders.
