Sarah S. Pelissier, P.E. is a project engineer for Black & Veatch, in the Water Division, and has a B.S. in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Emphasis from Washington State University. Sarah provides technical support for EWB's Nicaragua Water Treatment Program. Sarah, who is originally from Enumclaw, Washington, lives in Henderson with her husband Don and their two sons Evan and Jackson.
