Sumit Puri is a graduate student of Civil Engineering at University of Nevada Las Vegas. He completed his undergraduate degree from India and worked for about two years with Fluor Daniel. His research interests include water resources, atmospheric modeling and system dynamics.

He has a great passion for film making and wants to direct and produce technical documentaries on various aspects of Civil Engineering thereby increasing the awareness about the field.
